Owner’s responsibility
  • Provide quality water to fill the pool
  • Follow up for 1 week to brush excess material and balance chemicals
  • If Sidewalk gets damaged, it will be repaired by owner
  • Sod Removal in the pool area is included. We do not replace damaged Sod after job is complete
  • Job site cleanup is included (only pool work related)
  • Furniture, fence removal, neighbors sod repair, screen removal, sprinkler repair/reroute, retaining wall and landscaping is not included
  • Main pain Electrical minimum required 200Amp or more, upgrade not included
  • HOA authorization from the condominium association is the owner’s responsibility
  • Perimeter De-watering is not included. It may be required depending on groundwater elevation in your area
